    I successfully installed a9hl and luma3ds on my N3dsxl. Thank you both for your assistance. I backed up my rednand, followed the guide using my existing reinand instead of luma (I installed luma at the end though). Everything is smooth as butter.

    I got 10.4 installed finally. I had to use sysupdater to install 10.3, then I used the Firmware Update option to download and install 10.4.

    I've tried updating emunand to 10.4 5 times now, each time getting this same error. I restore to my previous backup and try again with no success. I've tried holding L just in case themehax was loading, I've also made sure I changed my theme.
