    Okay. Apparently it's only a problem with the Gen 4 games but not Gen 5, which is weird.

    Just in case my cartridges stop working. i don't want to lose all those hours I spent on my games. And if i do dump the save file, will my cartridge still retain the save file or do i have to put it back?

    The issue seems to not exist in the 3ds version of bootstrap, only the regular dsi one. Maybe i got lucky in the 3ds version and didn't experience it though (since the freezing seems to be random)

    Anyone have an issue with Pokemon Platinum randomly freezing? Sometimes it freezes fast, sometimes it doesn't freeze at all. I have to turn the DS(i) off when this happens. Is there a fix for this? And does this occur in other games? I know that Kirby superstar saga freezes sometimes on the...
