    I would strongly suggest you get the latest AKAIO firmware to work, as its much better than the official firmware. Go to http://akaio.gbatemp.net/loaders/ and download the loader from their, and follow instructions on that page.

    Mine has absolutely no hanging (that I can tell), and is one of the older ones with a bump under the sicker. I finished GTA without any problems.

    Well take it from me, I just got a DS for the first time and went straight for AKAIO without trying the official. Its brilliant and I've never had a problem with any game I've played, whereas users of other firmware need to patch up their roms.
