    After i took ctr 2.1 from my sd card and put ctr 9.2 for me to upgrade it it doesnt turn on ,the blue light turns on but it doesnt even turn on the screen and without sd card the blue light doesnt turn on and i cant enter hourglass neither luma nothingg

    it doesnt give me an error code it just says an error has occured. Unable to update the system will now be restarted
