    You write everything in there on IPv4 if your ISP provided you with an IP, DNS etc. otherwise you have a Dynamic IP address will get you the dns servers etc. automatically. But if it have worked before without that, then you shouldn't touch it. Then it's just random internet issues probably...

    The graphics card yes, it won't manage any Anti Aliasing or very high settings on the most demanding games but it's sufficient. And 512 of Video RAM is enough for sure. Let's take 4870 for example which is far from not enough on 22". But yeah, I agree, the hard drive have to be enough for you...

    Celeron Processor? 768 MB of RAM? An old graphics card from the GeForce 4 series? Well, basically you can, but not on higher settings. And since you have a 15" monitor you play on a low resolution anyway so I don't know. Try to download some kind of demo or pirate it and see if it works well...
