    Yes as long as you have Boot.dat and boot.ini and payload.bin on the root of your sd you should be fine. Just remember if you're booting atmopshere or hekate make sure to rename Fusee.bin or hekate_ctcaer_X.X.X.bin to payload.bin and put it on the root of the sd card whenever there's a new update.

    Are you using EmuMMC or SysMMC? In my case since I have EmuMMC I updated mine to FW13 with the latest Atmosphere and Keeping my SysMMC at FW 10.1. There's small downside if you're update to FW13 like some homebrews will not work that's about it.

    This is why you should always check your system setting on the first start up to make sure you're actually on EmuMMC not SysMMC. I'm pretty sure you messed it up when creating EmuMMC that's the only explanation.

    That's weird. I have SX lite so I prefer to boot into hekate and chainload with Atmosphere since I always use the UMS. Also Since Switch Lite doesn't support reboot to payload so it's not convenient for me to load Fusee.bin. I don't mind playing the game in Airplane mode to get rid of the error...
