    All right, some hb apps do not boot. after I updated them no change has been applied. for example when I tried to open hshop it black screened me 1746161070 But now it works so….. maybe it’s because my date and time in my 3ds’s wasn’t calibrated I had experienced a resetting of the RTC lately...

    I have no idea, and I don’t have any idea what an e region is (edit: I checked in Google and it’s a part of the atmosphere? My 3DS was region changed to USA (from Japan) my Wii U was and still is Japanese. It’s now region free. And in English. (and it’s a new 3DS. XL {was LL})
