    Well if it really worries you that much, just get a backup loader and install epic mickey. You have a physical copy of the game so it is ok to have a digital backup of it.

    I don't know if this has been stated or not but could it be possible that Nintendo is checking our "now playing" icon history and banning anyone who has ever used an unauthorized app? Im talking about the "now playing" app that shows up on the friends list.

    I would advise against this. If Nintendo does find a way for wup installed games to be unplayable, it would be a huge disservice to whoever bought it from you.You may just have to sell it without the games if there isn't a way to get them back.

    Installing an out of region game will not brick your wii u.it just won't let you play it. No need to worry about bricking. That is a rumor that started when brazil exploit came out because nobody had tried installing an out of region game for fear of bricking. Install it and if it let's you play...

    That may mean the ability to now use legendary pokemon or event pokemon and not illegal stat pokemon.
