    yes, I understand I'm weird, but I do want this problem fixed. I already use usb loaders and nintendont, but I want to figure out what the exact problem is. I know that there's a million other solutions that could work, but none of them involve actually fixing the problem.

    YES. It is the original drive with replacement parts (the lens, spindle motor, power and data cable)

    I replaced the spindle motor and it still doesn't spin. Please, if ANYBODY AT ALL has a fix, please let me know, I can't think of a single other thing for me to do (besides get another drive).
