    That's likely you didn't decrypt the files (Step 3). The files must be decrypted, otherwise the program cannot read them.

    The patch folder is for encrypted files, rePatch is for decrypted. The patch files generated by the program are decrypted. If the folder doesnt' exist, create it. Anyway, remember that rePatch must be installed too.

    Afaik, MakeMKV doesn't have decryption code on its own. If you give it an encrypted blu ray iso, it won't be able to do anything. (but it should work with a decrypted iso). MakeMKV decrypts real blu-rays communicating directly with the drive, which is exactly what official blu-ray software...
