    Yes, forgot to state my problem which is not related with this problem. fixed from last post. Other then that this is the problem I have. I was on Firmware 3.73. Downloaded Modulo v1.0 (Which is the wrong version) Downgrade to 3.72 Update ERROR forgot what it say but something along the way...

    EDIT: This is if u have C3-12027-2 on 7% update. Black Screen and blue PS logo on. Also, using modoru v1.0 instead of mordoru v2.1 I have the same issue this fix for me. A Simple fix. Get out of recovery mode. Turn on the psvita let it stay on black screen with blue light Playstation logo...

    Similar situation trying to downgrade from 3.73 to 3.70 also having "The system is on the latest firmware" when recovery update. the fix is Update the vita to the latest 3.73 then h-encore 2.... u can downgrade etc etc lucky latest firmware can downgrade atm 1. Go here in Complete Official...

    I try this for two day straight got like Geforce SHIELD log in - Check cmd ipconfig - Check server.txt - Check I turn off avast, windows firewall, Malewarebytes - still null Restarted PC - still null :hateit:
