My bad. I was half awake at the time. Gear IDs should be the same in all versions of the game.

I figured out the IDs of the new gear on my own. For anyone else who was curious: CoroCoro Cap - 03FB CoroCoro Hoodie - 2713

I know it'd be easier to just use Cafiine, but how difficult would it be to create a script that forces the same song to load no matter what? I'd like to use it with octohax, because it seems that you can't combine TCPGecko and Cafiine. For reference, I'd like to be able to have versus theme 2...

@Duckling @OatmealDome Thanks for the info. Also, another question. What would be the best byaml program to use? I'm trying to use yamlconv.exe, but it crashes whenever I try to drag a byaml onto it. I'm probably doing something stupid, but I'm having an awful time figuring it out.

Where would one find MapInfo.byaml? I have a dump of the game, and I can't seem to find any files with the .byaml extension whatsoever. Are they stored within the .szs files?

Mind sharing how? I tried doing this via file replacement, but with no such luck. Also, have you tested it online?

Nope, this was found on NTSC-U.

To put it into simpler terms, each piece of gear consists of three columns and four rows worth of data. The next collumn would be the start of another piece of gear's data.

Found the weapon values, and what appears to be the start of where they're stored. This requires more research, but I'm not too interested. I'll post what I've found for anyone who wants to take a deeper look into this. Wouldn't recommend hacking in weapons on a file that you wouldn't normally...

I created an image example of how to properly edit gear perks via RAM editing, for those having trouble. This example is for the Basic Tee shirt, which should be at the same RAM address for everyone, since you start the game with it. (RAM addresses for the gear appear to be determined by the...

Nice work. This should make gear editing much more accessible. Thanks, I'll add this to my older post and credit you.

Upon closer inspection, it seems that I'm missing a few pieces of gear on my list: Clothes: Carnivore Tee Pearl Tee Rodeo Shirt If anyone has the ID values for these, I'd appreciate it.

Yeah, that'll be a big help. The process itself is pretty tedious. Anyway, as promised, here's a list of gear values that I recorded as I went through the RAM. I believe that most of the gear should be on here, if not all of it. Special thanks to @CosmoCortney, @H0neyBadger, and @aracom for the...

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
