    Thanks Core 2 for a great app. I tried MPEG4 / MPEG2 encoding , 240p @ ~ 24 fps on OLD3DS which run smooth. The sound has minor glitch that produce some static noise. I hope it will be fixed in the future.

    This is the holy grail for 3DS eternal CIA installation hell. Thanks a lot ihaveamac. I use this script to install to a PC directory and wireless transfer with ftpd which still faster than FBI.

    I don't think it is that terrible. Save backup could be done by Checkpoint. I think OT could install Checkpoint to backup before do formating. Eshop apps could be redownload. Is there anything could be lose?

    Thank you for your helping. I tried that method too but it does not work. I succeeded this method in 11.12.0 -> https://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-error-007-2001-when-access-to-eshop-after-region-changing-eur-to-jpn.535653/#post-8742658 but not work in 11.13.0.
