    If everything is working fine i would just ignore it. I've seen people deleting IDs in the past and fucking up their system.

    That's actually what i recommend doing first, if you can access FBI with Rosalina then just try reinstalling all your homebrew again. https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup.html I guess you could just install Universal-Updater and download everything else from there too.

    Check the lower screen in the luma menu, does it says it booted from SD or from CTRNAND?

    Well in a way this is good to know if you're properly blocking nintendo servers when going online, i guess a crash is better than getting logs sent to Nintendo.

    If you're unsure if you have latest sigpatches, just download the latest ones and overwrite the old ones just to be safe.

    Just moving the files around didn't work for me. I tried a few years ago to use the japanese files in the us version and caused all sorts of issues like voices not syncing or cutting out in several parts. I don't know if it's possible but it would definitely take more work than just swapping...
