If you go into the __ak2 folder of your SD card, open up the globalsettings.ini
youll see the line
That line should correspond to a folder of the selected theme, so change it to the name of a default theme like the default zelda or black one.
i hope that helps
One thing i can think of is why not just have two SD micro cards? You can put all her things on one, and all your things on another, that way there is no possible way she can find anything you dont let her find.
SD Micro cards seem quite cheap these days too.
Im an australian and i bought my acekard from Modsupplier.com, They were very nice as i made a mistake with my payment details and they called and rectified it on the phone with me. I got it delivered next day
They entirely could have, because its just a different game ID and verification code, But the EZ5i would most likely have a different chip, so they might not have either.
Oh rats, the DSLite i can borrow is inaccessible! the owner has gone to bed!
The file is an NDS file, which youd run like any homebrew. So you just need to boot it on any DS that will run the aceKard, and get into the AK menu. the 1.4 upgraded ones wont, but any other will.
Thanks a bunch Normatt
Can i just ask, is this reversible? can it be reflashed with the standard firmware if need be?
Edit: also, wouldn't it be funny if the cart name was changed to "GTA: Chinatown wars"
My ak does that in my DSi sometimes, and cleaning the contacts with a cotton swab does the trick. If thats not the problem, then id suggest its broken internally, and it needs replacing.
The flashcart's upgrade rquires that you boot the cart into the menu in order to run the update. if both of your DS consoles are updated then you cannot do it, youll have to find a DS DSLite or a DSi without the 1.4 update.
Hi everyone, i just registered, ive been viewing the site a long time, but havent felt the need to post. i have an AUS DSi and the update has stopped my AceKard2i from booting.
The AK team did say something like they are working ofn a fix in their forums: Topic on AK forum
I am hopeful that it...
