Homebrew PSA: we don't know anything about homebrew or piracy on Switch

Did anyone else go to a Switch event? I noticed that at the 1-2 Switch Kiosk, the Nintendo "Brand Supporter" (I think that was the title) was using a cellphone (looked like an iphone) in order to switch between different games ie: Milk and Quick Draw. Thoughts?

Know Your Game: Half Life 2

It was finished. It was canned because Sega discontinued the Dreamcast the year the game was going to be released. The PS2 edition was released in October 2001. The Dreamcast was discontinued in March 2001. Thankfully, Sierra was smart and ported many of the features/side story from the...

Nintendo talks about Breath of The Wild WiiU and Switch version differences

I read over your first post. I was more pointing towards you because of your "This game being a port doesn't justify its FPS/resolution." I agree with you that Nintendo, on paper, is doing a poor job when it comes to this port. But I also do not blame them for this. They are stuck between a rock...

Nintendo talks about Breath of The Wild WiiU and Switch version differences

For the people complaining about resolution and frame rate: http://www.ign.com/wikis/xbox-one/PS4_vs._Xbox_One_Native_Resolutions_and_Framerates Should point out that both of those consoles are not portable. Something also to note is that most of the games that were also made for previous-gen...

PS1/2 Is there an alternative to HDD's for internal?

Going to throw in my 2 cents here. I love my phat ps2 > slim due to the Internal HDD. My slim runs through network play and most games run well. I have a NAS setup and it seems to have about the same results as it just running from my PC. Honestly like you said, there is much chaos in trying to...

GCN Softmodding a GameCube for backup capabilities

Uf Sorry for the late response but, If you are going to make it portable, I HIGHLY suggest using a WiiKey Fusion. It makes it so much easier and you don't need the disk drive.

    Gameboy Color

The tin foil is a last ditch effort and it really doesn't work that well. People had problems with the GBC if the batteries were left inside to rot for awhile. If you are ok with electronics and know how to lean contacts. The contacts for the battery section are not that big, takes maybe 15 mins...
