    I used tinfoil on my enunand and deleted the serial number. I had no idea it would do it to the sysnand as well, so my sysnand is now blank.     I tried method 2 and the information i get from moveable seed and the local friend code seed is different. but i have no idea which lines to change. also will this work because before my 3DS got banned/even had CFW. when i first got it i transferred from an old 3DS.
