Hacking My Supercard DSTwo works perfectly until I try to actually load a game

Did you try just playing a DS game? DS games don't require the onboard CPU, so it helps narrow down your problem.

Hacking New DSTwo owner, all things work except CATSFC

I'm going to try that today. Zero change after formatting with SD formatter. I have the most current firmware for my 3DS XL, and I know the dstwo is fully patched on firmware. The only thing I am not clear on, is if my EOS is fully patched, it's confusing. That said, I have not mentioned it...

    Hacking DSTwo problem?

I am having the same problem I think. I have been trying to get CATSFC to work for weeks. I got my DSTWO from Gamersdepot IIRC. I can do Gameboy, NES, DS games, etc all fine. CATSFC does not work. I have read all the guides, double and tripled checked folder locations, etc, nothing but a white...

Hacking New DSTwo owner, all things work except CATSFC

I do have CATSFC in the root. I continue to use all other emulators fine, but CATSFC just won't work. I have the newest versions of everything. Is nobody else having this problem? Very frustrating. I'd have just gotten an R4i if SNES wasn't going to work, it was the main reason I got a DSTWO.

Hacking New DSTwo owner, all things work except CATSFC

The catsfc.plg file should be in _dstwoplug right? I put it, the cfg, the ini, and the plg file all in there. CATSFC shows a white screen at the top and bottom for a moment, I see something flash on the bottom screen briefly, perhaps a word, and then the next thing is the last thing I'll see...

Hacking New DSTwo owner, all things work except CATSFC

I have succesfully played DS, MAME, Gameboy, GBA, NES games all fine. I have tried like four different downloads of CATSFC, but all of them just say "Loading". I have the three catsfc files in my _dstwoplug directory, and I off the root of the folder, same place as the dstwoplug folder, I have...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

I swear it was working fine, then I tried the scripts, had no luck. I then tried Macycler, and my hosted network kept stopping. I hear the ding sound like hardware is unplugged. Now I can't even get it to stay connected with the manual method. This is all with a TP link USB wifi. Oops, double...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

Do I need to do anything? Share my connection? or anything? I got it working with my new WIFI USB using the macshift method. I tried the script, should something stay running? It made a connection and named the wifi attwifi, but I don't see the LAN shared, and the MAC is what I set it to...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

It changes fine, but doesn't pass it through to the virtual adapter. I ordered a TP link from Amazon, we'll see how it goes.

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

I feel like we're not on the same page :) Here is what I have for Wireless Network Connection (physical hardware wifi) and Wireless Network Connection 2 (wifi virtual adapter that I actually connect to). Wireless LAN adapter Wireless Network Connection 2: Connection-specific DNS Suffix . ...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

I loaded Fing on my iphone, and it shows the MAC of my wireless router (attwifi) to be the MAC address of the virtual adapter, which is not the same as the wifi adapter. I still don't get how this is not working as intended. When you all create virtual adapters, does it take the MAC of the...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

So when I first connect to a MAC after changing it (I also have to restart the wlan) it says Streetpass in the to left and it does what looks like a transmitting type wifi signal animation, and then goes to Internet. I keep changing MACs, and it does this each time, but I get no passes. Maybe...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

So I tried a method where you created the network without even using virtual router, and manually sharing the connection with my WiFi virtual adapter. Again, I can get to the internet, all looks good, but I get no streetpasses. Is the prime MAC not good anymore or something?

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

I opened the browser and can pull up websites. I don't follow your second question? Are you asking if the mac got changed on something other than the Wireless Network Connection? doing an ipconfig /all shows that it is in fact sticking on the correct MAC. I'm confused though, it does say media...

Tutorial [HOW-TO] Have a homemade Streetpass Relay

In that case, I should be fine. If I start the virtual router, with my 3DS closed, it never shows up as a connection in the Virtual Router, if it's open, it does. I saw other report of people having this doing a quick search. Regardless of this issue, I have tried with it open and closed.
