    I just tried it with a 2GB card that I have lying around and it didn't make a difference.

    I tried both suggestions, but didn't have any luck with either one. Thanks for replying though. I wonder if I should exchange it (I bought it from RealHotStuff) or just wait for the next firmware / EOS update?

    I've got a 3DS on 2.1.0-4U, a dstwo with EOS 1.11 and firmware 1.12, no plugins and can't get past the error screen. Out of about 60 tries, I've successfully gotten to the EOS menu 3 times. I've followed the beginner's guide, and tried every trick I can think of and find with Google. It works...
