    I am wondering the same with the 160-0103 error. I have Teensy2.0 on the way but I only have SLC.bin and OTP.bin. The Wii U worked but has gone through Factory Reset and now doesnt work and throws the 160-0103. The controller is paired. Would there possibly be a way to save my console?

    I am still confused though - I do have SLC which I can fully restore. But I do not have MLC backup and the Wii U has been updated since the backup. So now I have the issue you had. SLC version =/= MLC ver., but I have no way of restoring MLC. Am I screwed?

    Actually yes, I have no way to restore the mlc.bin. So I see where you were going. I would have to rip the mlc.bin with the otp.bin, then modify whatever would be wrong (if I can), and then encrypt and put back. I'm gonna wait if anyone else comes up with something ^^

    My knowledge is limited so I assumed I would not have to decrypt anything. As the SLC.bin has been made years ago when everything was OK. So I'd just put the encrypted slc.bin onto the NAND chip aand I'd be set. Of course, that was my "best case" imagining.

    If it's any error? I just assumed I'd use the otp.bin combined with the slc.bin, pop the whole image into the chip, and I'd be set. But as @AQS mentioned, the MLC might also be needed as the previous user "softbricked" it because he updated. So the SLC and MLC will not check out.

    I just found out I only have the OTP.bin and SLC.bin, not the MLC. Am I still able to unbrick my Wii U? I bought it off a guy who JUST bought it as flashed, and the FIRST thing he did was he connected Wii U to the internet and updated it... So then it only threw the infamous error code and now...
