    DS #4690: Jambo! Safari Animal Rescue (USA)

    I definitely wouldn't call it shovelware. It was a really fun arcade game from several years back. The port isn't nearly as fun without the force feedback, but it's pretty decent. It actually came out for DS a while ago. It was a EUR release.

    Perhaps you R4 does not support SDHC, which you micro sd certainly is.
