    Unless someone with the same cart (stock) and an already modded o3ds/n3ds can use ntrboot_flasher and take a backup of the cart? then you could write it back after a successful ntrboot flash using ntrboot_flasher and the backup sent to you? (not without risk though, of course?)

    That is something older I guess... if someone having the same cart (stock) could dump their flash (using the ntrboot_flasher builds from this thread) then you could try restoring that instead? Unless there are some other differencies between that cart and the R4i B9S/R4i 3DS WiFi RTS? Perhaps...

    Yeah, you are right. I got it working though, went with the B9S ntrboot backup.bin as I have the R4i 3DS WiFi RTS (and not the R4i B9S), and it worked like a charm. My N3DS is now running CFW.

    @spkuja is the goal to restore a B9S to its original state (which is ntrboot?) or to NDS? In your attached zip you've added the nds.bin not the ntrboot.bin from the zip posted by @pandavova - if the goal is to restore the B9S to it's original state shouldn't it be the ntrboot.bin (as backup.bin)...

    Alright, sounds safe enough to try. I would have liked to be able to run ntrboot_flasher (from the other already cfw'd O3DS I have) and inject ntrboot to the cart instead of using the B9S firmware to get ntrboot on there... but I guess that is not possible at this time Anyways... I guess its...
