    So if i regionswap emunand on 9.2, then system format emunand. I have to connect to the internet to system format. Will doing this format affect my sysnand in any way? (I have a NNID on my sysnand and legit games that i bought and stuff)

    theres a nice CIA that was uploaded to a specific "iso" site. Reported working on n3ds emunand 9.5 and o3ds rxtools 9.8 downloading it myself now.

    Web-based controls in PC app would be a really cool additional feature. Like if your 3ds is connected to the same router as your pc. it would be cool to do things like use a usb controller, apply patches, read/write to sd card.
