    How do you convert update files from .cia to .3ds?

    I put a game and update file in CIA format in SD/gm9/in and decrypted them. Then I converted the game from .cia to .3ds using CIA-to-3DS-Rom-Converter-2.0. For some reason the game converts successfully but the update file does not.

    What happens if you emulate an emulator?

    I would assume that emulating an emulator screws up CPU timings resulting in a very glitchy game. Has anyone tried running blargSNES on the Switch using Citra or something similar?

    How do you run 3DS games in Retroarch?

    I downloaded Retroarch for the Switch but it doesn't load .cia files. It just says "No Cores Available" and beneath it gives me the option to download or install or restore a core. When I try to install the Citra core it says "Selected core file is already installed: Nintendo - 3DS Citra".
