    The ps4 has been out long enough that you should be able to look at its library and decide if it has enough games that you're interested in playing. There are also tons of youtube vids showing the difference in frame rates/resolution/draw distances between switch and ps4 (if that interests you).

    Definitely agree about bad ports and overrated graphics. I play retro games on my desktop and found that ps3 fight stick and (usb) xbox 360 controller worked without any additional setup from me.
