Is it fixable? Probably. Anyone with enough skill to perform this kind of rework will probably charge more than the price of a PS4, though. So... ~

Corrosion makes things sad Break in the speaker flex cable (thing on the left is the tip of my finger, for scale) Tiny wire to the rescue: And now there are two of these abominations in the world (as soon as I also replace the bottom screen :c)

Hello! Made an account to thank you so much for creating this tool for the community. I recently found my old systems again and felt incredibly nostalgic for my 3DS. Turns out my FE:Awakening and Super Smash for 3DS were corrupted. It took about...

Unfortunately, you have to verify the game fully to make sure. The game could boot and run, just to crash at some random point, because only certain files are corrupted.

No, the CPU and RSP clocks are the same on both consoles. The refresh rate is just changed in software. See, for example: https://github.com/zeldaret/oot/blob/b4c29fa50b8bd9ffb67138e56032c0432298d593/src/libultra/io/vimodepalhpf1.c vs...

Yeah, hard to say, unfortunately. Since the number of chunks is changing it's possible it could get fixed in the end, but you could just as well be wasting your time.

Actual PAL games run 16% slower unless game logic is adjusted for PAL specifically. NTSC games running on a PAL console run at essentially full speed.

NTSC games running on a PAL console via a flashcart run at basically full speed. The console outputs the equivalent of PAL60 (like setting a PAL Gamecube to 60Hz mode). As long as your TV supports PAL60, it's fine. That said, many cheap...

Refreshes also happen as part of regular cartridge access. It's normal.

If N3DS cartridges fail to verify in the regular build of GodMode9, then you should report this as an issue to the main repository: https://github.com/d0k3/GodMode9

I'm not sure. Since it fails on actual godmode, then I suppose there must be some bug upstream in the base program. I don't have any n3DS cartridges to test with :c

Which version of the program is that? I recently updated it because there was an issue with the chunk counter. If it's the latest (1.6) then try running the fixer with logging and tell me what appears in the logs in gm9/out/

What do you get when you run the fixer with logging? That kind of sounds like it might be some physical connection-based issue, or that chunk is in the process of stabilizing. You should also try to delete the update data for the game and...

Oh, I see. I'm an idiot. Posted new version with fixed chunk counter.
