    It said I was all up to date. I'm not sure what else to try. So weird that it would just disappear. I was thinking, I'm not sure if I had ever even opened Mii Plaza on the 3ds yet. If it wasn't configured in anyway and I basically force installed an update, maybe that messed something up?

    Well I just fucked something up big time. I deleted the arm9loaderhax.bin in CTRNAND now my 3ds wont boot. The light flashes blue and just turns off. Should I try a new SD? Did I just brick my 3DS or what? lol My SD is a 64GB formatted to Fat32 I don't know if that makes a difference.

    Ah, yes. I've done that. Although, I'm not sure if it was after updating Luma or when I followed the part at the end of the guide about updating A9LH. But I just noticed the arm9loaderhax.bin on my SD root is larger than the one in my CTRNAND. Should I overwrite the CTR one?
