    FYI, you can make the cache not disappear when online by modifying the ApplicationCache.db file by adding 'before delete' trigger on table 'CacheGroups' and table 'Caches' that does 'select raise(abort,'blablabla')'. Then, you can access the cached pages when you are offline again.
