    I'm using an 80 GB Intel SSD X25-M. I should also mention I have tried installing some games to nand, which also didn't work. Thanks for the response. auto Also, I do have sleep disabled through the Wii U, but not sure if that makes a difference with this particular drive.

    I'm having the exact same problem. Did you ever solve this? I've tried multiple SD cards. Everything works perfect up until the HackMii installer should come up. Fat Init, Copying booter, launching booter, then I get a black screen. The Hackmii disclaimer never comes up and I need to pull the power.
