    If u haven't solve it yet, you can use any other size resistors, which can be located in any ewaste boards, since 4.7kohms is very common, just use small wires to attach it on pads, moreover, it will make you easier to apply solder point for modchip

    Basicly, you can try to inject 1v on power rail of cap and look if there is a draw, if u have draw, then look for hot spot and remove broken element. Just be sure to limit it with 1a
