    Is that the "enable region/language emu. And exe. Code" if so I've done that but still does not seem to work unless I'm doing something wrong lol

    Thanks for the replies I did try changing its region with the locales folder thing but guessing it didn't/doesn't work. I'll give the patch a try but if anyone has any other solutions let me know ( can't seem to find a na star rush)
