    no it's the same transfer speed but ssds are just better quality, i know many people use a samsung T7 external ssd, it's probably a great option since a good ssd lasts for a long time

    Hardware getting this error mid game, using a 512gb external verbatim SSD with a usb-c y-cable

    i have sleep mode disabled in the data settings. Whenever I'm playing a wii u game from my SSD i get this error after around an hour or so of gameplay, I'm using an external 512gb ssd with a usb c y cable, im assuming it's a bad drive/cable? I'm already looking into a new drive, i found this...

    UPDATE: solved it by region swapping the vwii using settings.txt editor and a setting.txt file from archive org

    really? rn im looking into region changing the vwii using a settings.txt edit software , altough this only messes with the game/video portion of the region change, not really a full region change from what i understand but i think it should fix my problem (uploaded it here a couple of hours ago)...

    i tried to install DK country returns last night from a us dump from the r/roms site, some us games are recognised well with no issues and some here like DKCR or just dance greatest hits just straight up not show text at all, does anyone have an answer on why this could be a thing? bad dump...
