you must not only remove savegames but the games, dlcs and updates too. then reinstall them using a good installer like Sphaira 1788636274 and be sure you have SYS-Patch Sysmodule installed

please read: BE SURE YOU HAVE SYS-PATCH SYSMODULE INSTALLED AND REBOOT THE CONSOLE BEFORE INSTALL GAMES. Sigpatches do not work anymore
