    But i need to know how to get the kinect drivers installed and the Avita with out going to xbox live. I have the 2.0.12611.0 dash but even the disk that comes with kinect does not appear to want to install the drivers Are there updates files any where

I am told that the protection to stop the efuse being blown has been done. therefore dose this mean i can just download...

    If i am reading correctly the protection is built into the updated dash board and then the new games will take advantage of the new dashboard to check the performance on the DVD. As you have a Jtag and this is not updated to the new dash i assume its not the ap2.5 calls that are stopping it working.
