    Pretty safe to say, since most games coming out this decade (see what I did there) will have been created pre 9 SDK. Probably would say we're safe until Q2 releases but don't ever quote me on that :creep:

    Most people like XCI as it'll contain patches and DLC, so they don't have to go hunting. I prefer the hunting, as I've tried many XCI fails but hardly any NSP fails... Each to their own with no right or wrong way of doing this I guess

    But are you using the boot.bin that gets updated with each release? Regardless of hekate/HBL. If you try load up say, atmo 094 with atmo 093 boot.bin, it'll black screen. Think of it as trying to start a vehicle with the wrong fuel (but without any damage!)

    Bad NCA when trying to install says to me that it's a bad game dump. I would use a search engine and find some keys from somewhere and use them, attempt to convert and try again, but (I might be wrong) you'd be better off trying to find another dump, NSP style.

    Dump the keys into a keys.txt file, and use 4nxci (+gui for ease) to convert to NSP's. You shouldn't have any issues that way. If you're not getting all of the keys or 4nxci throws errors about keys, Google is your friend for a list to try...

    Are you using the latest atmosphere boot? While I don't own an ipatched model, when I derp and try to use an old boot.bin, it attempts to boot then goes blank... Sorry I can't be much more use.
