    Bought from ifixit, was expecting it to be fine, i mightve accidentally bent two pins on one of the connectors.

    Bought a new replacement 3ds motherboard from ifixit. Put it in and the controller board ribbon cable won't go in, took a look and there's what look to be 2 bent pins on the motherboard side, what should I do?

    The whole mic module is gone, ribbon cable and the mic. I can easily buy one for like $15 on ebay but was seeing if I need it, won't even use it so.

    I have a "new" (2015) 3ds Xl that I have just ordered a new motherboard for, the only thing that's missing is the inbuilt microphone and was wondering if im gonna need to buy a new part just to get it to boot or not? Thanks!
