Thanks for your time ganons! But I think that these save files are not for the beginning of the game. They are for last points (100% complete, all stars collected etc). Or am I wrong? What we need is a save file just after the first cut scene. See 1:35 on this video...- panos75

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games
