    I got my 3ds to go into gateway mode but when I insert the white gateway card no game shows up. I am on GW4.4.0U. I am trying to play mario and luigi dream team. It has a forced firmware of 5.1.0. Is it not working since im only on 4.4.0?

    I need to update from 2.2.0 to 4.5. Is there any way to do this without a retail game? I was wondering if demo games from the store would work? I looked at the list with the games and their forced firmware updates. Would it be possible to download a demo game and put it onto a sd card and update...

    Is it better if I update from 2.2.0 to 4.1, back up NAND or w/e it's called and then update to 4.5? Does the emunand thing affect compatibility of 3ds Roms and downloaded e shop games on gateway?
