    I just learned that rx-tools doesn't support DS cards on emunand while Cakes will. Everything else seems the same. I'll know after I use it a bit more.

    I tried Ironhax and menuhax. I kept switching back and forth but I think it was menuhax when it finally went through.

    I'm on 9.2 now but I can't get to the home menu using the MicroSD card that was in there(black screen). Using a different card it boots up fine. What do I need to remove from the card to get it to work properly? or what can I transfer to the new card to have my stuff if possible?

    Alright so everything finished installing and it seemed to restart fine but it's just a black screen now. Removing microsd card should fix that right? Edit: yep that worked :) Successful downgrade of a 9.9 N3DS! Woo!
