    I'm encountering this same issue and I've tried a couple different means of encoding monaural audio. Is it possible to get a mono track of emanate from both speakers?

    Hardware Why gets the Inner Camera "active" when entering Settings (New3DS XL) ?

    3D Screen Check and Super-Stable 3D are two menus within "Other Settings." I presume that hardware activates in anticipation of possibly being used.

    Perhaps not entirely related, but it's worth mentioning custom-install, which lets your install CIA files to your SD card from a PC... 100 times faster than using FBI on the handheld itself.
