    That still doesn't answer my question regarding the certain ioses in question, as those are the ones I need to fix. I'm assuming that by your answer that Modmii installs the cios over the stub, or do I need to remove it first and then install the cios? That's basically the only thing stopping me...

    They had other people do the voices in English, and did a English graphic for the Overruled as well. Just as they are translating it, they are also doing the extra work of westernizing it.
