    Any old 3DS or old 3DSXL with firmware 9.2 or below can be downgraded to 4.x, so you don't need 4.x specifically... You need any 9.2 or under. 2DS can't be downgraded so you'd have to use the browser exploit

    I suggest multiple 16gb cards instead of a single big card. It is easier to sort. If you want to get to a specific game it is faster than cycle many games.

    You can't, there's no way. You need 9.2 or below to extract that from a real cartridge. Find a friend with a console up to 9.2 and use it to extract the data from your cartridge. I would do it for you but I'm too far away.
