Okay after having a gateway for about 4 days I have been at work adding what I want from it to my setup.
One such thing was playing pokemon alpha sapphire all the way till primal kyogre then I turned of the 3ds for the night and in the morning reformatted the SD card because of Read issues when trying to add new games, and yes I found out when it was too late that card 2 saves are on the rom, R.I.P Shiny Vulpix you had a good 10 hours of life.
So desperate not to lose anymore pokemon saves to crap like this I have come to this forum seeking help and advice on how to safely move my Pokemon X eshop downloads save file (that is on the SD card right?) into a Pokemon X .3ds rom that I can then run in emunand, I guess I will need an exact Japanese rom? (Im using a 3DSLL Gold Pokemon Edition console).
I have an Idea as to what to do, but I dont want to have any more fiasco's.
