    Sonic 1/2 Wii U decomp mods?

    I tried myself. I got then to work using the instructions in this old archived thread https://web.archive.org/web/20240520220808/https://gbatemp.net/threads/sonic-cd-1-2-decomps-for-wii-u.626935/ It kinda works but pressing a button like start during the level freezes the whole game for me.

    Especially with emulation as the wii u pro controller is set to player 2. And can’t be used on VBA GX for player one. Is there a plug in that let’s you change the player number. eg make the wiimote thats player one be player 2?

    VBA GX with Wii U Pro Controller

    So if I turn on my Wii U Pro controller it recognizes it and I can use it in the menus…. But then it’s stuck as player two and I can’t use it in the game. If I try and turn off the WiiMote it turns off the whole console though

    My VC games are 4 letters in USB Loader GX

    I at one point had them properly display their titles… but now they just display as a bunch of 4 letter things. Also, after I get to the screen where it shows the game title screen… I can’t boot the game. I can’t figure out which button to push. Though I got around this with quick boot.
