    So I've got a Korean Wii that has already been modded and region changed. I'm not the one who modded it originally so I'm not sure of the specifics of it but it's running 3.2 U. How do I go about modding this Wii and getting it updated to 4.2 (3?) ?

    Megapixels don't determine how good a camera is. For the size of the 3DS screens, 0.3 megapixels is perfectly fine. HDTV is just over 2 megapixels and people still praise it.

    Another thing to note is that people are comparing the launch games of the 3DS to the games released 4-5 years into the PSPs life. If you compare the launch games of the 3DS to the launch games of the PSP you can easily see a massive difference.
