    I don't think so, it's bad marketing. Anyway I don't think Procon will go far with the claims, I would dare say if you ask the person that created this, he/she doesn't even fully understand how the ban works and it's just picking on the wording Nintendo changed for S2 which got people's attention.

    Just realized I can't even buy a Switch 2 used because people might have used mig and are scared, so they just sell a bit lower while stocks are low. Paying $825 (official price) for a new in my country is absurd so I guess I'll just not buy one this year...

    If you think that way we'd be talking about it in all threads relating to piracy, there's always someone saying it can be used in a good way and whatever. For me it makes sense to have a definite place where people who want to go deep to have fun with it.

    The first wave of bans is pretty much from people who tested before the update, as we are waiting for someone that tried 1.2 only and got banned, no one reported yet. It's great that they are working on it, as long as they don't sell it as a ban-proof product.

    Can someone explain this, please? Wasn't the migswitch on the first title, and he launched the third title? It's blurry but seems like echoes of wisdom is the first one, and the one the migswitch is attached to. (I don't own a mig switch nor a switch 2 so please correct me)
