    Unfortunately I am not sure if your iso is the correct copy. I made a 1:1 rip using Clean Rip, so I was confident mine would have no issues. Can you get yourself a copy of a PAL ssbb and rip it using your other wii?

    Are you using a modchip (I'm presuming you are because of being able to load a burnt copy of Dora)? What further details of the system can you provide us with? The game-swap method is a bit more tricky I think... Why did you choose this over the Mario-Kart-PWN?

    Hacking join .rar to make image?

    There is no procedure for 'merging' the rar parts to make an image. The files are all indexed to each other, so just double clicking / extracting any of them should do the job. You should see a progress bar showing 'extracting part.r01' and it will continue to climb from there.

    Finally, got HBC and Bootmii on there. Was able to swap SD cards in the Bootmii menu, to swap a SDHC into the system, thus allowing me to make a NAND backup. Then, I'll get back to installing the system on again Thankyou everyone for the help, was quite concerned at one point there!
