    all i did was change the video out put in the WAD, then i used freethewads to change the region setting and just change some other setting on it thats all.

    to get it to work from PAL to NTSC you need to do alot more work.

    roms are used for the PC so you dont have to buy the game.. Wads are files that are the actual game so we can use them in a way so we can dump them into the wii and edit them and change the data inside of them.. not to get free games.
