    Thanks Koryushin and DjoeN! That worked but had to install imagemagick and log-off/log-in. I installed and ran into the same error until I remembered Windows does not institute changes to the environmental variables path without a restart.

    Formatted emunand three times and updated to 9.9; thought I may have made an error causing notes to crash. Will try 2.5.1 and just have to reformat emunand again and look for 9.8 if 2.5.1 fails. auto Poke downgrading depends on you sysnand version

    I downloaded all of the .cia files from 3DNUS for 9.4.0-21 USA and placed them on the MT Card microSD. I also placed .3DS or .3DSX files for THL starter, sysUpdate, and BBM . BBM was the only one to load from the emunanad. Using BBM I navigated to the microSD and installed all the .cia files...
