    Just softmod it with twilight menu, the only thing you need as far as I can remeber is a 2GB sd card since larger sizes are not supported. it´s realy simple to do it

    See if they appear on tinfoil, if they do, delete them from tinfoil. If they don't, then I don't know what to do, sorry

    It doesnt really say anything, maybe beacause they dont expect you not to release what you develop on eshop, but they dont explicitly prohibit neither. And I dont have a lawyer...

    Did you try updating Luma? just insert the sd card on your computer, download the latest release, drag and drop the files to the root of your sd card and substitute when prompted. It should work

    Mod support and a menu is in the works by the REMS people, both features will come in the next 1.2.0 update, just wait and port those
